Making Bird Feeders
Cup and Twig Bird Feeders!
The Juniors got a little messy when they prepared their vegan cup and twig bird feeders ready to help our feathered friends over the cold months. Once the children had measured out all the different ingredients and mixed them together, they popped them in the fridge to set.
Dosbarth 2 decided that they wanted to encourage the local birds, when their natural sources of food become scarce, as well as providing us with lots of enjoyment and pleasure when watching them feed.
Some children hung their cup and twig feeders within the trees around the school grounds once they were set, whilst some chose to take them home for their own gardens.
Well done everyone - The birds will be very happy!
