Eco Committee
Our Eco-Committee members are responsible for carrying out the initial and subsequent Environmental Reviews and for preparing an Action Plan for the whole school to engage in. Regular meetings, at least twice per term, are organised to discuss environmental action for the school.
Our Responsibilities
- looking for ways to improve and enhance the environment of the school
- being willing and open to listen to ideas from other members
- attending the half termly Eco-Committee meetings
- ensuring that data, actions and activities are monitored, evaluated and reported back to your peers and within school and the wider community, where appropriate
- reporting back findings to your class following meetings, carrying out any further actions required
- contributing to Eco-Committee assemblies
